It’s TIMEfor an honest conversation about aging:

Your musical talents enhance our campus worship.

We are blessed by so many wonderful, thoughtful, tireless caregivers!

In answer to the extreme shortage of nurses in Minnesota, our state legislature has made funds available to help Minnesota nursing homes award scholarships to staff who wish to enter the field of licensed or registered nursing.  Below are comments from a few Lakeview employees who have taken advantage of this great opportunity:

Look and see what’s new in the world of Lakeview. We have a new, warm look for our second floor bath bay and third floor bath bay. We have painted the walls a new color, added some new wicker chairs, a new cabinet and some wall hanging. We hope this will bring some relaxation to the residents who do come in for their baths. It’s amazing what a little paint and pictures can do!

Fall FaceLifts!

Well we had a new face lift here in our East Dining Room. We have replaced the old  square tables will round ones. We have gorgeous new table clothes and new chairs too. This has made the dining room look so much different! The view from the Dining room window is changing as well, with all the Fall colors which can be seen. We have started our new Fall Menu too and a cup of hot soup is here for you! (Submitted by Dru Egeness)
