Lakeview has appointed the Director of Human Resources to manage the Equal Employment Opportunity Program. His/her responsibilities will include monitoring all Equal Employment Opportunity activities and reporting the effectiveness of this Affirmative Action Program, as required by Federal, State and Local agencies.
